The autumn leaves are falling like rain. Although my neighbors are all barbarians and you, you are a thousand miles away, there are always two cups at my table.

T’ang Dynasty poem

The 2017 Lenten Challenge is Over!

Today we end the 2017 Lenten Challenge.

I would like to thank those who stuck it out, those who fell off the wagon and got back on and even those who didn't stick it out. There is always next year.

And now for something completely different...

All was proceeding swimmingly with the 2017 Lenten Challenge . . . until my appendix decided to rupture. After that, not so much (for awhile).

A "once in a lifetime" experience!

Hi Rick. Thanks for the inspiration. I think I managed most if not all days - mix of taekwondo or conditioning or yoga. Sending very best wishes to you and your family, friends. Nicola

The macro challenge of practicing, optimizing and refining the process of xin, qi and shen continues regardless of the seasonal change.
