Here at the frontier, the leaves fall like rain. Although my neighbors are all barbarians, and you, you are a thousand miles away, there are still two cups at my table.
Ten thousand flowers in spring, the moon in autumn, a cool breeze in summer, snow in winter. If your mind isn't clouded by unnecessary things, this is the best season of your life.
A rare post about kyudo on Cook Ding's Kitchen! I like this guy's videos, and this is no exception, one of my favorites of kyudo in general. The only thing that bugs me though is that in the beginning there is a comment about kyudo being "the simplest" of martial arts. I've always thought the opposite with the innumerable details of technique, the amount of gear required, and the difficulty in getting a dojo together. Good stuff though. Thanks for the post.
