This is a completely unrehearsed freestyle demonstration of Southern Praying Mantis of the Jook Lum lineage, by my teacher - sifu Sapir Tal. He is a disciple of master Henry Pu Yi, himself a disciple of the legendary Lam Sang (Lam Wing Fay) from Chinatown.
