I've just been introduced to push hands. I've been told that there are 12 types of push hands practiced in the Wu style, from very basic, to free style. I've been introduced to the first two.

ReplyDeleteI've decided that 2008 is the year I get to grips with pushing hands - I know what I've been doing wrong for the last three years and I'm going to fix it over the next twelve months.
