Here at the frontier, the leaves fall like rain. Although my neighbors are all barbarians, and you, you are a thousand miles away, there are still two cups at my table.

Ten thousand flowers in spring, the moon in autumn, a cool breeze in summer, snow in winter. If your mind isn't clouded by unnecessary things, this is the best season of your life.

I do like this style and respect many of its Masters, I just don’t understand it’s claimed history. Having studied Chen and Yang Taiji, I just don’t see how this was developed from Chen or see how it could have evolved into Yang. There is so much more similarity between original Chen and Yang family Taiji than Guang Ping. The Chen/Yang choreography is so clearly related, even if performed differently. I always tend to suspect so called “secret styles”. I’m not saying it is not a good style, but is there any real historical evidence or proof of Guang Pings origin. It’s seems to me that it came from Taiwan, but I am willing to learn (not from myth, like Zhang San Feng stories) Are there Yang family artifacts or memorials? Are there historical references, family memorials? Not just legendary or passed down stories by practitioners. I am not contradicting but as a tournament judge (with certification to judge Guang Ping form and a writer and researcher. I’m really interested. Thanks
